Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, please feel free to return your purchase.

You must inform us of any return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing sales@wellies.com. You then have a further 14 days to return your purchase to us.

Free Returns

We now offer free returns on full-price items.

Please note that sale items are excluded from free returns. If you wish to return a sale item, you may either:

  • send the parcel back to us yourself at your own cost, or
  • contact us to request access to our DPD self-service returns portal, in which case a return charge of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed.

Size Swaps / Exchanges

We no longer offer direct size swaps.

If you need a different size, please return the original item to us for a refund and place a new order for the required size.

This helps us get the correct item to you as quickly as possible and ensures availability at the time of ordering.

Return Conditions

The boots must be returned:

  • in the original packaging, including both the product packaging and the outer shipping packaging;
  • unworn, although you are of course welcome to try them on indoors. Any boots returned in a soiled or worn condition may be sent back to you at your expense.

If the boots are faulty, please contact us for information on how to return them.

Remote Area Surcharges

Remote area surcharges apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for more information.
